海外通販での問題と返品についての英訳
- 海外通販での問題による返品と返金について解決ができず、返送料が返却されない状況です。消費者の立場を考慮してほしい。
- 以前、日本からの注文でも返品に際しては商品分の返金と返送料の返却があったため、同様の対応を求めている。
- 不良商品が届いて返品し、不快な思いをした上に返送料が返却されない状況に不満を持っている。販売業者は最後まで正当な対応をしてほしい。

I have already received the refund for the defective products. However, I haven’t received the return shipping costs yet, I had already referred it to you a few of times by email. I have acknowledged that you did not accept the return delivery charge. I believe it is natural that I cannot receive the shipping charge if it would be for my circumstances. However, I had returned the items because of the defective products. Please have a due consideration for this matter. And also you should think of it placing yourself in customer’s position. I am told here in Japan that one who experienced the receipt of defective items had received the return shipping charge from you without any problems. I felt unpleasant when I had taken these wrong items. In addition the return shipping costs weren’t returned in spite of a few of emails sent by myself I deeply feel bad about this situation. However, I was informed by mail that it is not possible to reimburse the return fee. It was natural not to be able to reimburse the return fee when the return was due to purchaser's reason. It was a simple reason of the return due to your commodity trouble. How do you think about this thing? Please become consumer's body. Moreover, it was a thing that the repayment for the commodity ordered from Japan to you was included return fee. When a defective commodity reaches, I think an unpleasant desire and the no coverage of returned expenditure should be out of line. Please correspond to firmly to the last minute when you are a professional of sales. We will have an answer.
