注文したCDが届きました。

しかし、デジパック使用となっていたこともあり、ケースが折れていて凹んでいます。

写真を添付できれば良いのですが、生憎カメラなどの撮影機材を所持しておりません。

そこで、今回は返品しますので大至急返金手続きをお願いします。

また、返送料金はどのようにして請求したらよいのでしょうか。

The ordered CD has just arrived.
However the Package case was damaged and vended as packing material (Digipac ) seems too weak for transportation.
(we cannot send you the picture of the damaged arrival, as we do not have facilities)
According to above, we concluded the trade have to be cancelled from the beginning.
Please advise the protocols of follows,
1) We send back the goods to your place. (Please advise what carrier to be used? Freight Collect?)
2) You send back our money. (Please advise your remittance schedule: My Bank Number is XXXXX Bank, AC Number XXXXXX)
