英訳をお願い致します。
急なお願いで大変申し訳ございませんが、以下の日本文を英訳して頂ければ助かります。状況は当社の社員２人がある会議に出席することになり、会議の事務局へ参加を申し込んだところ、それぞれの社員にペイパル（PayPal）を使用した参加料の支払いの連絡がありました。しかしながら、社内の事務手続き上、私のペイパルアカウントで2人の参加料を払いたいのですが、可能かどうかを問い合わせるメールです。

私は、■■（←自分の名前）です。私は、○○社の社員であり、△△会議に参加する社員の参加登録や参加料支払いの担当をしております。そこで、△△会議への参加料支払いについて教えて頂ければ幸いです。

当社の社員であり、△△会議への出席を登録した××と◎◎は、ペイパルによる参加料の支払いの連絡を頂いたところですが、私のペイパルアカウントでまとめて2人分の費用を支払うことは可能でしょうか？
また、その際注意すべき事項があれば教えて下さい。

×× and ◎◎, employees of our company, have registered to attend the △△ Conference, and were told to use the PayPal system to pay their fees. Is it possible to use my account to pay for both of the two participants? I also would appreciate hearing about what I should be careful about in the process.
