質問

ネット上売買にて、下記の返信が届きました。
もともと「英国外の発送はしない」と記載があるのを承知で
日本への発送を聞き下記の返信が届きました。
ネイティブから見て、この英文のニュアンスは遠回しに発送を断っているのでしょうか?
それとも私が発送保険料を追加すれば考えるよ、的な前向きな返事なのでしょうか?
私としては追加しても是非購入したいので、失礼の無いよう(誤解の無いよう)返信したいのです、、、英文例を一緒に回答してくれるととても助かります。

Im so sorry but I cannot post this phone to you as UK shipping companies will not insure postage on mobile phones leaving the uk and I do not think it would be fair to send it without insurance.

ご指摘の通りともとれますが、「保険料追加云々ではなく」やはり、「英国外への発送には保険が付保出来ない、その基本方針」のは事実だと私には思われます。そこで、「保険が掛からなくても大丈夫だよ、後は当方の自己責任で」と言うことならば、

I noted well what you explained. However, I would like you to
study if your shipping company can ship me the phone without
covering the insurance, because I am ready to take the risk of
being not insured for the shipment. If affirmative, please let
me know the shipping charge and all other things per return.

もし、上記で良ければどうぞ、然し、どうしても、「追加保険料云々」確認したければ、

これは完全なお断りのメールですよ。
保険料追加云々の問題ではありません。
やんわりと「英国外への発送はできない決まりです」と言っています。
