「I think I 've had enough」という文の意味として「もう十分食べましたね。」とありました。I think　は日本人がよく知っていて、「～と思う」と使います。自分の意見を言うときに、断定的な表現ではなく「in my opinion」という意味で使うものであると理解しています。しかし、「もう十分食べたと思う」とは言わないと思います。英語表現として、上のセンテンスは、一般的な表現なのでしょうか。また、英語表現では、「I think」のニュアンスは「～と思う」とは違うのでしょうか。どなたかご指導ください。
