At first, we appreciate to know some discussion were made, about shipping condition, at warehouse in USA. Regarding picture you request, there is no one which certify the cargo condition when it arrived at our warehouse. The situation that (No Picture of arrival condition) means the cargo arrived with normal condition and no problem were found with packing conditions. We consider, it is clear that the Damage Issue (=Unacceptable Condition) is NOT during transportation , BUT before shipment in your warehouse. According to above, we have to issue 'Credit Note' covering this damaged cargo, as we cannot receive it. Please check and confirm your acceptance Best RGDS 輸入ですよね 着いて中をあけたら駄目だった。 到着時には特に連絡は無い。輸送中壊れたなら 受け取り時に外装ダメージの写真とか有るはず。 受け取れないので C/N 発行するからよろしく
