大学入試和文英訳の添削のお願い

質問

はじめて質問させていただきます。

大学の過去問の和文英訳問題なのですが、
身近に添削していただける人がいないので
もしよろしければ、お力を貸してください。

(問題)
Bの発言内容を英語に訳しなさい。

A 日本の電車では眠っている乗客がずいぶん目につきますね。日本人はなぜ電車の中で眠るのですか。

B 忙しい仕事で疲れているからだとお思いでしょう。それもある程度は事実でしょうが、電車は居眠りをするのにとてもよいところなのです。安全ですし、電話もかかってこないし、上司のうるさい目もありません。車がレールの上を走る規則的な音を聞いているとすぐうとうとしてきます。

(私の解答です)

You think Japanese people sleep in the train because they are tired working. It's almost right but people can doze comfortably there. It's because people is safe, their cellular phones don't ring and their boss cannot scold them in the train. And you feel sleepy soon while hearing the regular sound of the train moving on the rail.

特に疑問な点は下記の通りです。
・日本人と外国人を比べて話しているという設定なのか
・[上司のうるさい目もありません]という表現
・適切な語句をつかえているか

何かお気づきのことがありましたら、教えていただけると嬉しいです。

I imagine you think it's because they're tired after working so hard. That's true to a certain extent, but trains are an excellent place for dozing (off). They're safe, there are no incoming calls, and there's no need to worry about being caught by the boss. The rhythmic sound of the train rolling over the rails makes people doze (off).

はい。A がわざわざ「日本の電車では」と「日本人」を特定しているからです。

「・（上司のうるさい目もありません）という表現」

There's no need to worry about being caught by the boss. 以外

The boss can't catch you (sleeping/napping/dozing).

か

The boss is nowhere in sight.

など、色な言い回しがあります。

「・適切な語句をつかえているか」

このままでいいじゃないでしょうか。

いただいた英訳を参考に、もう一度考え直してみようと思いました。
私の訳ですと原文からずれているところも
catchを使えばいいのか、などわかりました。

今後にいかしていきたいと思います。

まず疑問点から

１。　　日本人と外国人を比べて話しているという設定なのか

　　　　最初「日本の電車では」とあるので、日本と外国を比べていると思います。

２。　[上司のうるさい目もありません]という表現

　　　　色々言い方がアルですが、away from the boss も一案。

3. 適切な語句をつかえているか

とおもいます。

４。　　試訳
　　　　You might think they sleep because they are tired from work. I guess to a degree it is true.

　　　　But the train is a good place to sleep. You are safe, hear no phones ringing, and are away from the boss at work. You can fall asleep soon as you hear the rhythmic sound of rail joints.

people isはひどいですよ。

You might think Japanese people are always tired from work, and that is why they often sleep in the train. That may be true, but the point is that a train is a great place to take a nap. It's a safe place, your cellular phone doesn't ring, and you don't have to hear your boss scolding you in the train. It's so easy to go to sleep in the train as you hear a regular pattern of sounds like a lullaby the train produces on the rails.
