「Aを申込みたいのですが、リストに載っていませんが、申し込みは可能でしょうか？基礎コースはAとBと2つありますが、どちらを選んでも問題ないでしょうか？Cを申し込むためには、どのような手順を踏めばよろしいでしょうか？このコースの担当はどなたでしょうか？」

I would like to sign up for A but it is not on the list.
Can I sign up for it?
There are two choices (A and B) in the basic course.
Am I able to choose either one of them?
What kind of procedure should I take to sign up for C?
Who is in charge of this course?

I would like to sign up for the class A, although I cannot find it in your list. Please confirm if you accept this application. I believe that you have the class A and the class B for beginners. Is there any requirement for these two classes?　The third and last question is what I should do before application of the class C and who is in charge of the class C. I appreciate it if you could answer the above questions. Thank you in advance.
