少し修正してみましたので再度投稿させていただきます。 You haven’t still given any advice to us, despite a claim that we request for setting its period and issuing DI. We can’t really know how to answer to our customers each. If you hope that you won’t issue the reference book, 8D could you please give some suggestions on claims of Japanese client directly? In addition, on the products which you have already issued 8D and taken measures, many defects have been found again. Did you take measures really? This is to notify that we have received no replies, though we set the period and wish to issue 8D. We have been bothered with your careless solutions, we can’t give any advices to our customers. If you don’t issue the 8D, could you please contact Japanese customers directly? In addition, many detects have been found in your products that you have already issued 8D and that have taken action to improve situation. Did you really improve their situation?
