監査役監査報告書の英訳。添削してください
先日行われた監査報告書（日本語）の英訳を業務として振り当てられました。
ですが、英語の監査報告書を見たことすらなく、手探り状態です。
以下の文でまずは半分なのですが、知識のある方の添削をお願いします。
文法上の間違い、表現の不適合な部分などありましたら教えてください

Audit report
I have inspected the performance of the directors' duty during the business year from April 1, 2015 to May 31, 2016. The method and the result are as follows.
1. The method ant contents of audit.
I have came to an understanding with directors and employees, and gathered information as well as preparing the audit environment, along with attending main meetings including directors' meeting, reported enforcement situation of the duties of directors and employees, and requested an explanation if necessary, inspect main approval document, and researched the situation of the affairs and the assets as for the head and main offices.
Moreover, I have researched book of account as well as documents that concerns, and considered financial documents (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, statements of shareholders' equity, and notes to specific items) those affects the business year.
