質問

So if men wants to take paternity leave, it is difficult to take it unless co-workers approve it. According to the labor ministry, the rate of childcare leave by women is more than 80% whereas men is only 3.16%.

「もし男性が育児休暇を取りたいとしても、職場の人が認めてくれない限り取得することは難しい。厚生労働省によると、女性の育児休暇取得率は８０％以上だが、一方男性はたったの３.１６％だ。」

＊職場の人をco-workerとしました。
＊厚生労働省の正式名称は長かったのもあり、また調べた所ニュースでも使用されてるとあったのでthe labor ministryとしました。

８０％以上は80% or moreとすればいいのですね。
また一方男性の場合…とした時、正直どうすればいいのかな？と思っていました。
