先日商品届きました。
検品しましたが納品書と数量が違い、不足してました。
バックオーダーにもなってませんでした。
発送済になってます。
すみませんが確認してしてください。
御社の間違いでしたらバックオーダー分と一緒に
発送してください。

I received the item the other day.
I checked it and it turned out that its quantity was different from your statement of delivery (invoice).
It presents completion of delivery and also was not on back order.
Sorry to trouble you but I would like you to check it up.
If you have gotten some errors, if you are pleased, I hope that you will make a shipment with my back-order

細かい文法の間違いはあると思いますが、多分これで意味は通じると思います。

The products arrived the other day.
We inspected them, but the delivery this time was short of amount, unlike the statement of delivery.
According to the statement of delivery, all the products had already been shipped, and nothing was on back order.
