いわゆる「ユネスコ７４年勧告」の原文を探しております。ネット上で見つかるでしょうか（いろいろとやってみましたが、私の力ではダメでした）。ご存じの方、お教え下さい。

　こちらのサイトの下 1/4 位のところにある「Recommendation concerning Education for International Understanding, Co-operation and Peace and Education relating to Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (1974) 」（PDF ファイルです）ではないですか。

　こちらにもあるみたいです。PDF ファイルの方はユネスコのものと同じ様です。
