1、突然の外人の来客にパニックってる
I'm panicking 'cos I have a foreign visitor out of the blue.
その時を振り返って話してる場合(過去形)
I was panicking ’cos I had a foreign visitor out of the blue.

「out of the blue」は「突然」「いきなり」という意味です。

2、私が電話かけたからわざわざ（電話に）出る為に外に出てきたの？？？
Did you come out of the office just to answer my call?
「電話をかけた」から電話を出るので(かけなかったら電話は出ませんよね？)、「電話をかけたから」をわざわざ言う必要はありません。

「私」を強調したい場合は
Did you come out of the office to answer my call because it was me?　（私だったから？）

でOKでしょう。
