Because you took off too much time for the month of April, it is required that your schedule change as indicated in the previous email in order to prevent a decrease in yearly salary. However, if we receive a formal notification from XX to extend our contract until OO, it seems it will no longer be a problem. We are trying to manage this. Also, when and for how long do you wish to take paid time off?
