isは省略可能？

質問

文法がわかりません。以下のページの記事の英文http://cheeptalk.wordpress.com/2011/03/29/liars-of-various-sorts/についてなのですが、最後から二番目の段落の一番最後の文章、

の文法に関して一部疑問点があります。私なりの目下の解釈では、

それは、他の人々が私の言っていることを調べ、そのうちの多くが私を信じると表明した場合、私の言っている内容が彼らにより精査された内容と一致しているということが明らかになるからである。

というものですが、もしそのような意味内容であるとすれば、

with those that investigated という部分は、with those that is investigated　とすべきではないでしょうか？それともisを省略できるのでしょうか？

または私の解釈が間違っているのでしょうか？よくわかりません。

こんにちは、英文に文法間違いはありません。　要するにこういうことです。受動態じゃないのです。

＞it reveals that my statements checked out with those that investigated

質問者様の解釈：
＞私の言っている内容が彼らにより精査された内容と一致しているということが明らかになるからである。

実際の意味：
・私の言っている内容が『彼らが精査した』ことよって、正確であると明らかになるからである。

抜けている言葉があるとすればそれは "are" ではないでしょうか？
