こんにちわ。 こんな感じでいかがでしょうか？ I had yellowtail teriyaki, rice, soup, boiled spinach and milk for lunch. Today was the first day to take the final exam. The subjects were technology and home economics, mathematics, history, and health and physical education. I don't think I did that well. Tomorrow is a holiday, so I will study hard for the final exam on Wednesday.

日記でも書いているんでしょうか？ 厳密に言うと、school lunchでは、学校に持っていくお弁当と区別が付かなくなるんですよ。 「ブリの照り焼き」は向こうにはない料理ですから、“ buri no teriyaki”でいいですよ。英語圏の人に読んでもらうにしても teriyakiが通じません。broiled with sweetened soy sauceとしなければ通じません。 技術家庭は craftsです。 保健体育は hygieneです。 so I studying hard at final exam in wednesday. → so I'm going to preparing with all my might for the semester-end exam in Wednesday.

ブリの照り焼き： teriyaki yellowtail 今日は期末試験の ： Today was （Today'sとは通常略さない） final exam for this semester (今学期の最後の試験、semesterを入れないと学年末試験のイメージ) 数学 ： math でもいい（ネイティブは学校で通常こちらを使う。examination → examと同じ感じ） technology and home economics : technology & home economics と書くと andが整理できて読みやすいかも（health ＆ physical education） I think （I got） bad score. ： オリジナルのままなら試験は1つじゃなかったのでscores。 他の言い方なら例えば I suppose I could see bad scores.（試験の得点はきっと悪いだろう） I think I did not make a good job.（試験は上手くいかなかった）など holiday ： aが必要。 I studyingはI will studyと未来形で。at はfor、in wednesdayはon Wednesday。 Tomorrow is a holiday, so I will study hard for final exam on Wednesday.
