A certain pearl ridge が何のことか検討つきません。shopping center であるからにはちゃんとした名称があるはず。
Waikiki near the Diamond Head は「Diamond Head の近くのWaikiki」という風に読み取れます。Diamond Head に近いのはshopping center の方では？

One of the most famous Hawaiian souvenirs; macadamia nuts, chocolates and coffee are sold there.
A special feature of the coffee is having rich sweet with a bit of bitter taste.

Next, we will have dinner at Hau Tree Lanai.
There are various knds of Hawaiian foods such as Eggs Benedict and Lobster.
The view is good as well. You will be able to enjoy a beautiful sunset with having nice dinner.
