英語の訳と説明をお願いします。
実践ビジネス英語の3月号テキストＰ61に掲載されているクリス松下さんのお別れの挨拶の一部ですが、最後の部分の意味、訳がぴんときません。教えて下さい。
(英語の上達法について述べられている箇所）
Another thing you could do is pay more attention to fluency. Loosen up, relax, and instead of avoiding mistakes, embrace them. You have to make millions of mistakes before you can speak well anyway. Why not get them out of the way?
Why not get them out of the way? がよくわかりません。どのように訳したらいいか教えて下さい。
又、embrace them は雰囲気はわかりますが、和訳になるとどういう感じになるかも教えていただければありがたいです。
