この度そちらで購入しましたスーツケースに不具合がおきました。

４ヶあるキャスターのうち小さいキャスター１ヶが破損してしまい渡航中大変な思いをしました。

キャスター部分を見てみるとプラスティックの止め具が無くなってしまっていることが原因として分かりました。

そこで、添付写真を送付しますのでご覧ください。

見ていただけるとお分かりになると思いますが、ご覧のようにプラスティックの止め具がありません。

そこで、大至急小さいキャスターまたはプラスティックの止め具をお送りください。

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am having a problem with a suitcase I bought from you.
There are four casters, but one of them broke while I was
travelling, which caused me a lot of trouble.

I checked the caster and found that the plastic pin is
missing. Please refer to the photograph attached.

As you can see, a plastic pin is missing.
I would appreciate it if you could send me a new small caster
or a replacement for the missing pin as soon as possible.
