以前同じような経験をしました。途方にくれて、結局、海外雑誌のサポートをしている会社（下記のサイ）トに連絡して、そこのスタッフから助言をいただけて、大変助かりました。文書やFAXのやり取りはあまりおすすめできません。わたし自身それに1ヶ月ほど費やし、時間の無駄でした。わたしが利用したサイトを記しておきます。海外雑誌ドットコム
