不良品対応についてのお知らせ
- 初期不良の商品は新しいものと交換させていただきますが、現在在庫がないため入手に時間がかかる可能性があります。
- もし交換が不要な場合は、商品代金を返金させていただきますので、ご連絡ください。
- 不良品はそのまま差し上げますが、不要な場合は破棄をお願いします。入手次第再度ご連絡いたします。

Hello Mr./Mrs. X It appears what you have is defective, so we would like to replace it with a brand new item. However, currently we do not have the item in stock. We contacted our supplier and they are also out of stock and have no definite date for new shipment. I hope you understand the situation and be patient. In case you do not need replacement, we will refund your money as soon as we hear from you indicating that refunding is what you wish. There is no need to return the defective item, simply dispose of it at your end. We will let you know as soon as the item is back in stock. Thank you for your patience.
