ここの個所で言っていることは、
アントシアニンは夜間視力に影響を与えるとは言えないだろう、ということでしょうか？
また、 apparently は「明らかに」に意味で用いるのはまれ、と辞書に書かれてあったのですが、この英文でも「明らかに」の意味ではないのでしょうか？
