上記の文の"How fidelity degradation ～"の部分の"How"はどういった意味になるのでしょうか。
文尾に「？」がないですが（省略されている？）、'How'が文頭にあるため疑問文だと思うのですが、
それにしても、'How'がどういう意味が良くわかりませんので、教えてください。
