→いつもならそうしている時間ーーということで仮定法になります。
3.( If only ) you had told it to me a week ago!
I wishならそれも正解。
4.( Were ) I in your place, I wouldn't climb such a high mountain in bad weather.
If I were in your placeのifを省略し、wereが前に出て来た形（倒置）。
5.( Had I known ) of that important fact, I would have shown it to you.
接続詞がないので、４のHadを前に持ってきた形が正解。
= If I had known . . .
