最初の問題は真反対の答えが考えられます。

（Had） I known the fact、I （should, shouldn't）（have） told it to you
もしその事実を知っていたのなら、私はそれをあなたに伝えていただろうに。
it が the fact を指していない場合は、「それを伝えなかっただろう」とあり得ます。
前後の文脈がないのでどちらでも正解になるはずですが、学力のない先生は後の答えを不正解にしますので、注意してください。

残りの問題は仮定法の鉄板問題ですので、教科書で調べれば答えがホイホイ出てくるはずです。
