Today my supervisor sent me an email, asked me to apply 1 years postdoc with him, I said I wouldn't.
I told him because I did undergraduate degree and PhD at the university, if I also do postdoc, it looks bad, I stay at the same university too much
I meant, if I am undergraduate student, PhD and first postdoc at the same university, it looks like I belong to a family and only part of this family, its not good for get job, better to have experience working at many university.
Stay at the same university all the time is like having sex with family.
