2)“if you look at the crime in New York, it’s less white people; that’s just the way it is”

しかし、警察がある人種を別の人種よりえこひいきすると認めるけれど、呼びとめてボディーチェックする戦術の目的は、手段を正当化すると言うニューヨーカーもいました。
