上司からメールの和訳を頼まれました…正直英語は全然だめなので、みなさまのお知恵を貸していただけたらと思います。よろしくお願いします！

As for the presentation of rice to Their Majesties, we have received the following:
-Means of Conveyance : International Delivery Service by Yamato Transport Co.,Ltd
-Expected date of arrival : App 7 days after the shipment date.
The date of shipment is not yet decided due to the plant quarantine for the official phytosanitary certificate.
The quarantine needs a certain condition in order to process.
Once the quarantine is on process, the result will be done within one or two days.
The rice is polished and free of soil.
Could you kindly inquire to Bhutan Agriculture and Food Regulatory Authority regarding the plant quarantine condition.
