英語に翻訳をお願い出来ませんか？

質問

最近 私が悩んでいて それを海外に住む友人が知り とても心配してくれています。
素直に事情を伝えたいのですが、英語が苦手という事もあり お力を貸して頂ければと思います。
私が伝えたい事を自然な英語に訳して頂きたいので、意訳で結構です。
よろしくお願い致します。

「友人が私のFBを見て“あなたの彼氏って外国人なの？もしそうなら、付き合いはやめなさい”
ってメッセージを送ってきた。
彼女はアメリカ人と結婚していて、今、離婚の手続きをしているからそう言ってきたんだと思う。

でも昨年ホームステイさせて貰ったのは彼女の家だったし、私は彼女が好きだから、
嘘はつけなくてアメリカ人が彼氏だと伝えた。
そしたら“努力だけしてみたら？続く訳無いけどね”とか“本当に彼はあなたが好きなの？嘘じゃないの？”って言ってきたんだよ。
彼女が今つらい時期って分かるんだけど、でも私には辛い言葉だった。
なんでここまで言われなきゃいけないんだろう..って思って。
それで色々な事を考えていて、色々な事が不安になって…考えても仕方無いって思っているんだけど悩んでしまってる。」

という文章です。内容が内容でなのですが。。よろしくお願いします。

A friend of mine saw my FB and asked me if my boyfriend was a non-Japanese, sending me a message saying that I should stop seeing him if he is a foreigner.

She is married to an American and is in the process of getting a divorce. I think the reason for her advice is because her marriage is on the rocks.

I stayed at her home, and I like her, so I told her that my boyfriend was an American. Then she replied, "You should at least make an effort though the affair will not last long. Does he really love you? Isn't he lying?"

I understand she is going through a difficult time but those were harsh words to me. I wondered why I should be subjected to this sort of language.

So I have been thinking in various ways, and grew insecure. I am a bit troubled even though worrying about this does not make things better.
