英文の手紙を送るので訳をお願いします。
訳しやすいように分かりやすい日本語で書きます。

あなたは友人です。しかし、保証人としてサインする事は出来ません。もちろん私もあなたの日本への留学を大変応援しているし、本当に叶ったら自分の事のように嬉しいです。
保証人のサインについてですが、これはあなたに限らず保証人ということはとても重要な事だからです。
恐らく相手が誰であろうと私は保証人になることは無いでしょう。申し訳ないけれど保証人の期待には添えません。しかしサポートはこれからもいままで通りします。

あと、もうひとつ。
私の友人達にリクエストやメッセージを送ったりしたことがありましたね。
友人達に「あなたの友人はただ日本人の女性と結婚をし、永住権が欲しいのでは？」と言われました。
私はそう思わないのですが、あなたの行動やメッセージは誤解されることがあります。日本とあなたの国では文化が違います。だから気を付けた方が良いでしょう。

I am your friend, however I cannot sign for your guarantor. I really hope you can come to Japan to study of course, and I would be happy for you as if it was my own situation.
As for the guarantor, it is an important and difficult matter to decide on, not only with you but anybody else.
I would not be one for anybody whoever the person was. I am afraid I cannot come up to your expectations. Though I will keep supporting you as usual.

One more thing. You have tried sending friend requests or messages to my friends before, haven't you? They wondered and asked me if you were just trying to marry a Japanese woman and get a permanent resident in Japan. I don't believe them, but your attitude might be taken wrong as we have different cultures in Japan and in your country. So I think it is better that you are careful with that.
