比較の問題が分かりません

一応自分で解いてみたのですが、答えが合っているのか分からないので、間違いがあったら指摘してください。

並び替えの問題です。
1, 「太陽の光は、新鮮な空気に劣らず、健康には必要である。」
(necessary/sunlight/fresh air/no less/to/than/good health/is).
Sunlight is necessary to good health no less than fresh air.

2, 「彼は車を分解しているが一番幸せという男だ。」
He is (happier/he/is/never/than/when) stripping down the car.
He is never happier than when he is stripping down the car.

3, 「その彫刻の実際の大きさは写真の10倍くらいだろう。」
The actual size of the sculpture (the/be/bigger/in/photograph/ten/times/than/will).
The actual size of the sculpture will be bigger ten times than in the photograph.

和訳の問題です。
1, No one can tell another person how he should spend his free time, any more than how he ought to breathe.
この問題に関しては、どう解けば良いのかさっぱりです。
特にここでの「how」はどの様に訳せばいいのですか？

並べ替えの１，２はおそらくあっていると思います。
３は(　The actual size of the sculpture will be ) ten times
bigger than (in the photograph.)
だと思います。
　　数詞＋times＋ 比較級　だと思います。

和訳ですが、
No one can tell another person の部分が「誰も他人に教えることはできない」
how he should spend his free time, の部分が「余暇をどう過ごすべきか」
any more than how he ought to breathe. の部分が「まして、どうやって息をするべきか」
「余暇をどう過ごすべきか、ましてどうやって息をするべきか
誰も他人に教えることはできない」
（＝余暇の過ごし方、まして息の仕方など他人にとやかく言うことではない）
というニュアンスだと思います。（反語的）
　ここでのhow は方法、手段の意味だと思います。
