商品の流れですが、
Maker/Manufacturer (メーカー/製造業者）→ 販売会社/販売代理店(Sales Company/Trading Company) -> Distributer (販売代理店/卸売業者）→ Reseller (再販業者）→ Retailer (小売業者）→ Consumer (消費者）

と言う流れです。Distributerはかなり大きな再販業者の事を言うことが多いですが、Distribueter, Resellerは日本では卸売業者と言うことも多いと思います。オンライン販売だとメーカーや販売会社が直接消費者に販売することが多いですね。
