There are a few places where I can buy the CD's, but I am not sure they can ship them to you. It might be possible to buy them at amazon.co.jp. Let me know the shops in Japan if you have bought from them in the past. I could ask them if they expect to get the CD's in stock. I might be able to ship them myself, but my PayPal account need to be upgraded, and this might take some time.
