海外へのメール返信で以下の文章を英文にしたいのですが、ご教示願えますでしょうか。

『今回のラック搬入において、A社からラックを持ち上げるための機材の見積もりを依頼されました。
現段階でこの機材を使用するかは決まってませんが、使用することが決まった場合は、直接請求するようにA社より要請を受けています。使用しない可能性はあります。
明日打ち合わせがあり、どのような搬入方法を行うかを決める予定となっています。

Regarding this transportation of racks, we are asked by A Company to make an estimte.

At this point we have no determination as to this equipment, but in case we use it, we received a request from A company that you directly contact them. There is also a chance that we do not use it.

At a meeting tomorrow we plan to make a decision as to what method we adopt in thetransportation.
