カジュアルな英訳お願いします（その８）

質問

英訳宜しくお願い致します。
今回は私にとって非常に難しい英文となるのはわかっているのですが、つたなくても
どうしても言いたい内容です。

1 札幌の白石区で貧困の為、料金を滞納した姉妹が電気もガスも止められ死亡した。

　Sisters have been lived in shiroishi-ku Sapporo died ,becauce of poor. They could not pay the bill of electricity and gas,so the company stopped their supply.

2 姉は何度も区役所に足をはこんだが担当者は聞く耳持たずで門前払い、彼らはヤクザには
　　優しいおもてなしをするにも関わらず。

　Elder sister went to the Shiroishi Ward Office many time, but they denied her proposal.

But,they are accept yakuza's proposal ,jently , politely and smile face with love.

3 そして、お金が尽き、姉が死に知的障害のある妹は食べる事も出来ず、凍死した。

　And all of sisiters's money run out.First elder sister died,and younger sister with intellectual

disability could not eat ,freeze to death.

4 北海道の冬に電気もガスも止めると言う事は、死ね！！と言う事と同義語だよ。

　It is same thing that electricty and gas does not supply in winter of Hokkaido,tell them die!!

5 白石区の生活保護課に非常な憤りを感じる。

　I am very agry with Section of welfare of Shiroishi Ward Office.

わからない単語とか文法用法と格闘した結果が私の文章ですが
心の思いがほとんど伝えられてない感じです。
