海外の友達に（英訳）

質問

海外の友達に連絡（メールを送った）したのですが、返事がなく心配しています。
彼はイタリア人でとても仲の良い友人です。
そして共通の友達もいて、その友達（イタリア人）とは近くに住んでいるはずです。
なのでその人に聞いてみたいと思い、メールを作りたいのですがうまく英訳できません。
友人は英語ができます。

なので、以下の文を送りたいのですが英訳して頂きたく思っています。

お久しぶり！！！元気？
イタリアに遊びに行った時をときどき思い出すよ・・・
すっごく楽しかった。
あの時はいろいろとありがとう。
今度、仕事でローマに行くかもしれません。
それで、～にはメールを送っても返信がないんだけど、忙しいのかな？
～は元気にしてる？
もし、会ったら一言言っておいて欲しいな。
よろしく。
また会えることを楽しみにしています！

How have you been?
I sometimes remember the time when I went to Italy for pleasure.
I enjoyed myself a lot.
Thank you for everything you did for me then.
I might go to Rome on business sometime in the near future.
So I emailed ～, but I haven't received an answer from him.
I wonder if he is busy.
Is he getting along well?
If you happen to see him, could you say hello to him for me?
I would appreciate it.
I am looking forward to seeing you again.
