すみませんが英語を教えて下さい
下の文は正しいですか？ よろしく御願いします
.
それは干したイカ、スルメイカだよ 噛めば噛むほど味がでるよ
It's a dried squid and we call it SURUMEIKA. The more you chew it, the more tasty it becomes.

焦るほど状況は悪くなると思うよ
I think the more you rush, the worse the thing becomes.

その凝固剤を加えるほど早く固まるってわけでもないんだ
It's not necessarily that the more you add the coagulant to it, the quicker it sets.

the + 比較級…, the + 比較級～

で「…すればするほど、～」ですから、この場合比較級の前のthe は省くことは出来ないと思います。ただ「状況」は things と無冠詞複数になる事が多いように思います。よって、第２文は、
I think the more you rush, the worse things become.

の方が良いように思います。

また、第３文ですが、

It is not necessarily true that the more coagulant you add to it, the quicker it sets.

とする方が良いのではと思います。

　先の回答は私の間違いでした。撤回してお詫びします。
　お詫びがてらに、辞書を貼り貼り。

the more A the less B　Aすればするほど（ますます）Bしなく［でなく］なる
The ～ she talks, the less he listens.　 彼女がしゃべればしゃべるほど彼は聞こうとしなくなる.

the more[-er]..., the more[-er]...　…すればするほど（ますます）…する［になる］.⇒THE2慱
The bolder you are, the more likely you are to succeed.　 大胆にやればやるほど成功の可能性は高くなる
The ～ sugar you eat, the fatter [the ～ fat] you get.　 糖分を取れば取るほど太る(この構文では1音節の形容詞の比較級がmore をとることがある).

定冠詞使いすぎです。お示しの英文では、moreやworse、quickerに付けたtheを削るだけで、ずいぶん正しくなります。
