質問

職務の内容が多岐に及ぶので、自分だけの知識だけでなく、専門家との意見を調整しながら職務を遂行してきました。また、欧米の人との仕事上の付き合いが多く異文化に対してすんなり溶け込むことができます。

problems with specialists, because it was difficult for me to solve the problem with my

I can have a good relationship with different
culture and kind of view since I have been doing

履歴書ですね。上は絶対、まずいです。it was difficult for me to solve the problem with my knowledge and experienceなんて謙遜なのかもしれませんが、「私は無能だったのでほかの人に聞かないと仕事が遂行できませんでした」と書いたことになります。英語では、かならず、proactive、つまり、自分がいかに能動的だったかを書かないといけません。

ところで、wastersとはなんでしょうか？waste、浪費する、から来ているのですか？「浪費家と付き合う？」

もしかして、欧米人westernersのミススペルでしょうか？もしそうだとしたら、現在、westernerというのは、ほぼ人種／エスニシティ差別用語だと思って間違いありません。「欧米人」と付き合えるなどと書くと、アフリカ人やアジア人を差別している差別主義者だと思われます。なんか、とても失礼ですが、本当の英語の職場はちょっと難しそうな方だと思うんですが、、、

多少言っていることは異なりますが…

Since my former job required wide range of skills, I often worked with various experts. I also had opportunities to work with people from different countries and cultural backgrounds, threfore I am well-experienced in interenational business.

これを日本語に訳すると、

以前の職場では様々なスキルが要求され、しばしば専門家と共に仕事をすることもありました。また、異なる国や文化圏の人とも仕事をする機会が多々あり、国際的なビジネスの経験も豊かです。

となります。
