違います、この動画はプロキシを利用していません。利用していなくてもここまでサイトが重いのです。多分私ではない他の大勢の人々がプロキシを使ってるからこのような状態になるんだと思ってます。

No, it is not the result of using a proxy. This video does not use proxy. The site is so heavy without going through a proxy server. My guess is that this happens because very many users other than myself is using the proxy.
