発送はいつになりますか？

I haven't received an e-mail for shipping notification of the boots from your shop which was expected to be shipped on Dec 29th. When will it be shipped at your warehouse? If it's already shipped, please let me know of the tracking number.

I understood that the boots I ordered were to be shipped on December 29, 2015, but I am yet to receive an email saying that the shipping is completed.

When do you plan to ship them?

I would appreciate your giving me the tracking number once they are shipped..
