質問

英語圏の会社の支社にすぐに伝えたいことがあります。すみませんが英文を教えてくれませんか？宜しくお願い致します。通常は日本スタッフがいるんですが今日は不在みたいで困っています。

「フェイスブックは更新しました。確認して下さい。これからも更新していくつもりです。

ホームページはすでに制作に入っています。ですが問題があります。

〇○がまだXXを名乗っているので私は困っています。すぐに注意してくれませんか？これでは回覧者は戸惑ってしまいます。

それと、△△がXXとホームページに記載しています。
これもすぐに注意してもらえますか？

日本語で記載されているからわかりずらいかもしれませんがお願いします。

お待たせしてすみません。私は必ず約束は守るとジョナサンに伝えて下さい。」

We have updated the Facebook. Please confirm. We intend to continue updating the content going forward.

As for the website, we are already in the process of preparing it. However, there are problems.

First, we are facing difficulty as ○○ is still using the name XX. Could you please warn him/her to stop using the name XX so as to avoid our audience from becoming confused.

Secondly, △△ is also assuming the name of XX on the website. Please caution △△ as well.

As the website is posted in Japanese, it may be difficult for you discern these subtle differences, but I sincerely hope that you put things right for us.
