英訳のお願い

質問

外国人の友人に仕事の状況を伝えたいのですが、少し長文で、自分の訳だと上手く伝わるか心配の為、申し訳ありませんが、英訳をお願いします。

久しぶり

最近は、仕事の方は順調な面と不調な面があって、疲れてます。
順調な面は、3年間の苦労の末、赤字プロジェクトを遂に、改善して、利益も目標を達成できそうで、来年の社内表彰式の社長賞に、私のプロジェクトがノミネートされそうです。
不調な面は、利益を出す為に、色々と改革してきた部分で、それが気に入らない人もいて、人間関係が少し悪くなってきてるところだね…
とにかく、心労が絶えません…

It's been a while.

Lately, I am feeling fatigued from my work, which has both a downside and an upside.

The positive aspect is that, having resolved a number of problems over the past three years, I have finally managed to transform a money-losing project. The project has now been rectified and it is forecasted that a profit will be generated as per the budget. It seems that my project is going to be nominated for the President's Award, which is to be announced at the all-company meeting next year.

Then there is the downside. It is ironic that it is caused by the very project that I had success in. The problem is that there are many people who didn't agree with my measures such as restructuring, which I had taken in order to turn a profit. I guess I am facing a little crisis over my interpersonal relationships with my colleagues...
At any rate, I don't seem to be able to bring peace to my troubled mind...
