I agree with Mr. Tanaka because I think he has the right idea. Mr. Nakamura sometimes falls asleep during a lecture. His conduct is morally wrong. He does not make any efforts, so he has no right to earn his overtime wages. He should be using his own personal time to study. He is in charge of the parades, which is a very important post. "You must not think yourselves as hourly-wage workers forever," said Mr. Tanaka. I thought his words were very true. I also thought Mr. Tanaka was a really good boss who taught us important things as members of society.
