Will you be back to Japan when you have finished your study in the United States?も可

戻ってくるは、comeという一時的な動作よりも、戻ってきている状態であるbe動詞を使うのが英語らしい表現となります。

I'll come back soon. →間違いではないですが
I'll be back soon. →こちらが英語では普通に使われる表現です。

バリエーションを幾つか。

"When your study in the U.S. is over, you will come back to Japan, won't you?"

"Once you have finished your study in the U.S., you will return to Japan, won't you?"

"Upon completion of your study in the U.S., you will be back in Japan again, won't you?"
