1. A book by Kiyosawa Manshi (清沢満之)(below) titled 『臘扇記』 is translated as "December Fan", in reference to the author's self-deprecating reference to how useless a fan is in the cold month of December.

December is a name of a singing group, as below. So I assume "December fan" referes to a fan or fans of this Korean group.
