発送の注意点を英訳お願いします

質問

本来ライターは、引火性の高い液体を含むものなので航空輸送できません。

ただし以下の条件であれば発送可能です。

1.未使用であること
2.税関で中身をチェックしやすくするように分解しておくこと

そのため箱から出してあります。ご了承下さい。

Lighters, in principle, cannot be accepted for air-shipment because they contain highly flammable liquid.

However, they may be accepted if the following conditions are met:

1. Have never been used.
2. Are disassembled for easier inspetion by Customs agents.

Please be advised that lighters will be out of the box for this reason
