と訳してみましたがどうするのが一番でしょうか。

とやくしてみましたがto a lesser extentの訳がどうしていいかわかりません。

と訳しましたがanimals solutionsはどう訳せばいいのでしょうか。

と訳してみましたがいかがでしょうか。

と続く場合、このperturbationsは何と訳すのが適切でしょうか。

と訳してみましたが訳の順番があべこべになってしまいました。

(2)to a lesser extentはそれほどではないという程度を表すことでtoが使われているのですね。
(3)は実験の手法を異なる方法で用いたその方法を示す文章なのですね。勘違いで結論を書いている文章だと思ったせいで変な訳になってしまったのをおかげさまで正しく理解することが出来ました。
