質問

This new product can be used for a long time without replacing any fitting because it adopts advanced brushless motor to generate electricity.
It use NI-MH 3.6V 80mA environment-protected storage battery.It outfits 3 high-bright LED illuminating tube,and brightness of each is above 13000mcd.
The product also adopts stepless brightness regulating switch so as to adjust the desired brightness and control the using time at random.
The flexing of driving spring of big and small gearwheel which designed elaborately can charge easy and fleetly.
The crust of product adopts thermoplastic ABS rosin.Pulling eye can be hung optionally,as well as hang to pull the body to charge.It can illuminate 30 minutes when pull 1 minute.And full charging of battery can last for 2.5-3 hours.

・ 充電１分間で３０分間の使用が出来、完全充電をすれば２時間半から３時間の使用が可能です。

* 中国のメーカーの製品の説明ですね。ちょっと変なところもある英文なのですが、大体このようなことが書かれているのだと思います。「使用時間も自由に変えられます」 というのは、おそらく 「明るさを落とせば、その分だけ使用可能な時間が延びます」 ということを言いたいのではないかと思います。
