英語の教育実習中で、ドラマを紹介したいのですが、英文があっているかどうか
不安です。添削をしていただけないでしょうか？

ルーキーズはTBSで放送されている漫画が原作のドラマです。
Rookies is a drama series that is aired on TBS that is based on manga .

このドラマの主人公である川藤幸一は、高校の先生です。
Kawato koichi ‘a hero of this drama’ is a high school teacher.

先生になった彼の目的は、生徒が夢をかなえるための手助けをすることです。
He became a teacher for the purpose of helping students to get a dream.

とてもおもしろく、感動的なドラマです。
It is very interesting and emotional .

主演である佐藤隆太は川藤幸一の役をやるために、俳優になったそうです。
People say that Sato ryuta of the leading actor chose actor to play Kawato koichi.

私なら以下のように書きます。
"manga"はもはや国際的かもしれませんが、"comics,cartoon"
あたりがよいのではないでしょうか。
"drama"は「戯曲、演劇」という意味が強いので、
番組と言う意味合いで"program"でいかがでしょうか
ご参考に・・・

Rookies is a drama on TBS, and it's based on the manga.
(ロッキーズについて話しているので漫画の前の冠詞はtheでいいかと思います)

The main character is Kouichi Kawato, a high school teacher.

He became a teacher, because he always wanted his student's dream help.

It's a really interesting and wonderful drama.
(日本ではよくveryを使いますがveryは文章で使っても口語では使うことが少ないそうです。また、wonderfulの代わりにgreatなどのほかの表現を使えることもできるかと思います。)

Ryuta Sato plays main charactor, become an actor to play Kouichi Kawano.

I hope you'll watch it.

なるべくシンプルな文にするように努めました。
いま、英語の学校に言行って痛感するのは日本語を直訳することはやめること。つまり、英語で書くときは日本人的発想から脱却することを肝に銘じてます。
